Hengrove session
Had a good skate at Hengrove skatepark last night - met up with Wayne from MAS. I was riding some harder wheels - flip sidecut 54mm (101a presumably)- which seem to be perfect for smooth crete - faster, sliding much more controlled (and what a fantastic screeching sound!). The extra speed was making it easier for me to hit the lip, so I was getting better at bs 50-50 (stalls mostly), riding out more than half the time and was getting close to the fs 50-50.
Confidence was good towards the end of the session, stamina bad!
