boards and booze
last night I skated at motion ramp park. I skated there on my longboard with my regular board strapped to my back - it made balancing a bit precarious but I took it easy and got there in no time, hardly out of breath. Until now I had avoided evenings because I knew the place would be packed with BMXicans, but bob said that some skaters were heading down there mob-handed so might at least claim a bit of skate territory.
Skated all of the park, but mainly one half of the spined mini. Dropped in on the 9ft a few more times and managed to pop (stagger) out the top and catch my board. We also had a cheeky pint or two in the bar. It was great.
