Nice blog - just found it today. I’m a nearly 30 year old based in Bristol. Not skated for years… miss it but thought I was too old and would be out of place - perhaps this will motivate me to start again!
Lol, that is awesome. Reminds me of me the last time I tried to build a mini ramp at the bottom of my garden.
Tried being the operative word here, didn’t have cash to fully fund it at the time so I totally feel for Don stealing sheets of ply from building sites and it didn’t fair too well through it’s first winter!
Made me feel like going for a skate now….raining again though
